Santa Certified Hallmark Ornaments
The Santa Certified series started in 2013 and continued through 2017. The series features traditional Christmas toys made in Santa's workshop. Santa crafts a special toy each year into a thing of pride then gives his exclusive seal and makes it "Santa Certified".
