2014 Lockheed SR-71 Blackbird - Ornament
Flying at speeds exceeding Mach 3 (2,300 mph) and up to heights of
80,000 feet the Lockheed S-71 Blackbird spy plane was designed to evade
enemy radar. The jet could easily outfly surface-to-air missiles. This
Cold War hero served the US Air Force from 1964 to 1998. It still
holds the world record for the fastest air-breathing manned aircraft.
Complements the Sky's the Limit Keepsake series.
