The game Galaga was originally created in Japan, and was introduced in the
United States by Midway in 1981. It quickly became a favorite of arcade dwellers
everywhere. In the game, an army of insect like aliens descend upon your spaceship
in the darkest reaches of the galaxy. Escalating battle action and the possibility of
capture took the excitement video games to the next level. Press the "player" button
on the front panel of the ornament to see the game light up and hear the sound of
this arcade classic.
