1995 Baseball Heroes #2 - Lou Gehrig - Ornament
Known as "The Iron Horse", Lou Gehrig played in 2,130 consecutive games
and was inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1939. Gehrig played
first base for the New York Yankees, died of ALS (which became frequently
named as Lou Gehrig disease) and is famous for his speech on July 4, 1939
where he said "Today, I am the luckiest man on the face of the earth".
