1986 Here Comes Santa #8 - Kool Treats - Ornament

This year's Here Comes Santa features Santa Claus riding a bicycle 
delivering cool treats.  On the bicycle Santa has a freezer that advertises 
ice cream and snow cones.  The license plate on Santa's bicycle reads 
1986.  The wheels move.
